第一篇：Physical Review B

標題：Funnel-shaped electronic structure and enhanced thermoelectric performance in ultralight Cx(BN)1-x biphenylene networks

這一篇對二維Cu2S這個體系的旋轉非諧性作了比較深入的討論。從溫度、能帶的角度來說明非諧性的作用。對于理解聲子非諧性的作用有比較大的幫助。

第三篇：Physical Review Materials

標題：Machine-Learning Accelerated Annealing with Fitting-Search Style for Multi-alloy Structure Predictions

這一篇是和在科大讀博的本科室友一起開發了個基于圖神經網絡的晶體結構搜索軟件SCCOP。這一篇是雛形，整了一個簡單的算例，做了下有序無序結構搜索。當時不太懂，重點在于量大(算了好幾個體系)、唬人(蹭強化學習熱點)。實際內容現在看起來比較簡單，但對于剛入門的人來說，還是可以借鑒一下的。

歷時4個月，還挺快，審稿人花了2個月。審稿人面惡心善，嘴上比較刁鉆，實際上還是給過了。

第四篇：npj Computational Materials

標題：Graph deep learning accelerated efficient crystal structure search and feature extraction

這一篇是SCCOP完善以后的第一篇文章，運用對稱性的方法生成結構，以圖神經網絡為基礎的預測模型預測能量，用退火來適當的優化結構，從而在生成的幾萬個可能構型中找到低能結構。這篇文章以二維BCN為例，搜了全組分的結構，并用類似expansion cluster的方法提取能量、帶隙貢獻。并和USPEX, CALYPSO等軟件作了比較。這篇文章水平還是有的，算是給結構搜索領域提供了一個新的思路。
