第一篇:Physical Review B

第三篇:Physical Review Materials

這一篇是和在科大讀博的本科室友一起開發了個基于圖神經網絡的晶體結構搜索軟件SCCOP。這一篇是雛形,整了一個簡單的算例,做了下有序無序結構搜索。當時不太懂,重點在于量大(算了好幾個體系)、唬人(蹭強化學習熱點)。實際內容現在看起來比較簡單,但對于剛入門的人來說,還是可以借鑒一下的。

歷時4個月,還挺快,審稿人花了2個月。審稿人面惡心善,嘴上比較刁鉆,實際上還是給過了。
第四篇:npj Computational Materials
標題:Graph deep learning accelerated efficient crystal structure search and feature extraction

這一篇是SCCOP完善以后的第一篇文章,運用對稱性的方法生成結構,以圖神經網絡為基礎的預測模型預測能量,用退火來適當的優化結構,從而在生成的幾萬個可能構型中找到低能結構。這篇文章以二維BCN為例,搜了全組分的結構,并用類似expansion cluster的方法提取能量、帶隙貢獻。并和USPEX, CALYPSO等軟件作了比較。這篇文章水平還是有的,算是給結構搜索領域提供了一個新的思路。

總共耗時9個月,主要是審稿人太難找了,第一輪審稿找了6個月審稿人。不過也是面惡心善,第一輪嘴上懟的很狠,實際上回復以后都點了accept,并且再回復就比較和藹了。
第五篇:The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters
標題:Enhanced anharmonicity by forming symmetry-breaking phase in two-dimensional group-IB chalcogenides.

這篇文章首次提出了二維Cu2S體系的旋轉非諧性的存在,并分析了其非諧性的變化規律,對熱導的影響。對于想了解非諧性的同學可以好好看看。
